Refund & Return Policy


    • Size Exchange/Product Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product or wants a different product in place of the previous one then he/she needs to mail us at marquisafashion@gmail.com or whatsapp on +91 99748 52939 within 5 Days from the date of delivery of the parcel. If a reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. 

      Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few Pin-Codes. In this case the customer is requested to send back with the customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only.
      If you wish to exchange your order with another product, a shipping charge of ₹120 will apply.
      All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.

      Return : We don’t take returns on items sold once.

      Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

      When Exchange is not accepted?

      1. Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
      2. Exchanges are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order. 
      3. Exchanges are not accepted if the piece is specially customised of the customer.
    • Exceptions / non-returnable items

      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Baby doll Dress, Night dress, Undergarment, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Exchanges
      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      European Union 14 day cooling off period
      Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
