Return & Exchange Policy

At Marquisa, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 4 days of delivery for eligible products.

Nightwear Products

For hygiene reasons, Nightwear products are eligible for Exchange Only and cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for eligible products within 4 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Charges

A ₹120 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.

Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as Store Credit for future purchases on Marquisa.in.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Baby Doll Dresses

  • Night Dresses

  • Undergarments

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Beauty and personal care products

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
